Indoor face to face counselling

Face-to-face counselling takes place between a counsellor and client in a private and confidential setting, being in the same room physically creates a human connection and can feel like a more personal form of therapy.

Counsellors are trained to observe non-verbal communication which can be helpful with face-to-face therapeutic work; non-verbal communication accounts for around 93% of all conversations.

Attending therapy in person allows the clients to know they are coming to a safe, dependable and familiar room. For some clients, this provides the only place they can feel safe and explore their true self without judgement.
